It’s the time of year where Old Tom is back on our bars. You’ll see the 8.5% strong ale cropping up across many of our pubs between November and January.

As one of our most popular and legendary beers, we know how much of a pilgrimage it is to head to the pub for a half when you can. To make things ever so tempting, we’ve created a trail in our hometown of Stockport pubs, so you have stop off in to indulge yourself.

Now, of course, we’re all about responsible drinking, so seven pubs may be a bit of a stretch to get round in a day. But, we’ll plan the route between each of them, and you can decide how you want to go about the tour.

A great leg stretch:

By foot, you can expect the entire route to take you about 1 hour 20 minutes and you’ll cover a healthy 3.3 miles. Option to exchange the park run this week?

A good leg stretch:

If you fancy the walk out, but feel it’s a little on the challenging side, omitting The Alexandra would take the walk down to 2.1 miles and approx. 45 minutes heading downhill all the way.
