Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the “Win with Brewhouse” competition. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

Promoter

Robinsons Brewery promotes this Competition. It is the responsibility of the participating pub to arrange and facilitate the instant win free pint of Brewhouse for any winning scratch card. This Competition is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform on which it may be promoted.

Eligibility

  • The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

Competition Period

The Win With Brewhouse promotion opens on 16/03/2026 and closes at 30/04/2026. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

Prize

  • Buying a pint of Brewhouse at one of the participating pubs will enable entry, firstly by an instant win scratch card and secondly via digital campaign portal to win the grand prize.
  • Instant win 'free pint' scratch cards must be redeemed in the pub they were won in by May 14th 2026.
  • Instant win promotion will run until 30th April 2026 (or when the participating pub runs out of scratch cards).
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time.

How to Enter

  • Buy a pint of Brewhouse in a participating pub to gain a free instant win scratch card and entry into our grand prize.

Grand Prize Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • Prize must be redeemed by 14/05/2026

Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

  • By entering the Competition, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Competition and awarding the prize.
  • The Promoter will process personal data following the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.
  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s explicit consent, except where necessary for prize fulfilment.
  • Participants can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting Communications@frederic-robinson.co.uk.

Marketing

  • By entering the Competition, participants consent to their inclusion in the marketing database of Frederic Robinsons Ltd.
  • Participants consent to receiving marketing materials following the submission of their information.

Publicity

  • The winner may be asked to participate in promotional activities related to the Competition.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their name and image may be used for publicity purposes concerning the Competition.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries due to technical errors.
  • The Promoter accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred because of accepting or using the prize.
  • Frederic Robinson Ltd is not responsible for any issues arising from the Grand Prize itself, including but not limited to travel disruptions, cancellations, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Competition at any time without prior notice.
  • Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
