Great Cask Ales
Marple is a suburban community which has been absorbed into the Stockport conurbation. It lies approx 3 miles from Stockport and has its own commercial and shopping area. The Hatters sits near to the centre of the village, but just far enough away not to be classed as a town pub. There are shops and offices nearby, however the main customer base is from the locals. There is a free car park opposite and on-street parking nearby.
There are 2 main bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and usual bathroom facilities. The accommodation is in excellent condition.

The Hatters can be found tucked away just off the main market place in Marple. It forms part of a terrace and dates back to the 1800's. It has a great appearance from outside and has won the Robinsons Floral competition many times in the past. The interior does not disappoint, with beautiful panelled walls and is full of original features including its leaded glass windows. The Hatters is one of our smallest pubs however it makes up for its size with a warm friendly atmosphere. This is a true community local therefore Robinsons are seeking an operator that can integrate well into the community and create a good food offering.
The Hatters is a comfortable, cosy pub with open fires which draws its appeal from the use of snug spaces, creating a very friendly and intimate atmosphere. There is an attractive a central bar, small cosy rooms, and a popular patio area to one side and a smoking area on the other. All fixtures and fittings are in very good condition.

FMT barrelage: Please note that this assessment is based on the "fair maintainable trade" that can be achieved by a "reasonably efficient operator" and is not therefore a guarantee of volume or consequential sales or profit.
Similarly Historic performance, whilst a significant factor to consider, is not a guarantee of future performance of a pub and you should bear this in mind in your assessment of trading potential.
