Robinsons wins Best Brewing Pub Co.

We’re incredibly proud that Robinsons Brewery has been named Best Brewing Pub Company at the 2026 Publican Awards, the most respected and competitive awards programme in the UK pub industry.

This award is particularly meaningful to us because it recognises the true breadth of what a great brewing pub company should be. It celebrates not only the quality of the beer we brew, but the strength, character and performance of our pub estate. For us, it marks a standout moment in our long history as a sixth-generation family brewer, and a major milestone in our ambition to become the UK’s number one family brewery.

After twenty-eight years attending the awards, this is the first time we’ve taken home the trophy, which makes the achievement even more special. It’s a reflection of the passion, commitment and hard work of everybody in the business.

We were recognised for several key strengths that have shaped our progress in recent years...

• The continued growth and innovation of our own-brand beer portfolio, which is helping to strengthen our position across the estate. Continuing to have over 35% representation of our own beers across our bars.

• Our deep-rooted commitment to beer quality, supported by industry-leading standards and expertise across our teams.

• The opening of our new £8.4 million state-of-the-art brewhouse, which has modernised our brewing capability and strengthened our long-term sustainability.

• Significant and ongoing investment across our pub estate, creating pubs with real character, quality and relevance for today’s guests.

• A clear strategic direction aligned to our ambition to become the UK’s number one family brewer, with strong evidence of delivery and momentum.

This award signifies far more than one great night. It’s a marker of how far we’ve come, the progress we’re making, and the pride our people take in their craft every single day.
