Promoter

Robinsons Brewery promotes this Competition in partnership with Jameson Whisky and Pernod Ricard. It is the responsibility of Frederic Robinsons Ltd to arrange and facilitate the flights and accommodation, and it is the responsibility of Pernod Ricard to arrange and facilitate the distillery tour for this prize. This Competition is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform on which it may be promoted.

Eligibility

• The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
• Entrants must have a valid passport and be eligible to travel to Ireland.
• Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

Competition Period

The Competition opens on 10/02/2025 and closes at 31/03/2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

Prize

• The winner will receive a weekend trip to Dublin in 2025, which includes: flights to and from Dublin, hotel accommodation for 2 nights, and a guided tour of the Jameson Distillery.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
• The exact itinerary will be determined by Pernod Ricard and is subject to availability.
• Flights will be from either London Gatwick or Manchester Airport.
• The prize does not include travel insurance, personal expenses, meals, or any additional costs beyond those specified.

How to Enter

• Enter via filling out a form via our paid social ad.
• One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via email/phone within 7 days of the Competition closing.
• If the winner does not respond within 30 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• Prize must be redeemed by 30/09/2025.

Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

• By entering the Competition, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Competition and awarding the prize.
• The Promoter will process personal data following the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s explicit consent, except where necessary for prize fulfilment.
• Participants can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting Communications@frederic-robinson.co.uk.

Marketing

• By entering the Competition, participants consent to their inclusion in the marketing database of Frederic Robinsons Ltd.
• Participants consent to receiving marketing materials following the submission of their information.

Publicity

• The winner may be asked to participate in promotional activities related to the Competition.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their name and image may be used for publicity purposes concerning the Competition.

Limitation of Liability

• The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries due to technical errors.
• The Promoter accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred because of accepting or using the prize.
• Frederic Robinson Ltd is not responsible for any issues arising from the trip itself, including but not limited to travel disruptions, cancellations, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
• Any disputes regarding the prize must be directed to Pernod Ricard.

General

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Competition at any time without prior notice.
• Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Travel to/from departure airports, guarantor/deposit payable at accommodation.
