Our delicate, unfiltered 4.0% Pilsner has been carefully crafted to honour the traditional brewing methods of the past with a modern twist. By not filtering the beer, we allow the fresh flavours of malt, yeast and four German hop varieties to burst through in a naturally flavourful taste.
What is Pilsner?
Authentic
Pilsner is created using 4 German hops and German yeast strain and brewed using traditional Pilsner lagering methods.
Modern
Pilsner is a twist on a traditional Pilsner with a sweeter taste and a short bitterness resulting in a premium, new world Pilsner.
Unfiltered
By Unfiltering we allow more flavour into our Pilsner. This results in a very light haze and also provides us with our first Vegan Friendly beer.
Sessionable
At 4%, it’s a great lower ABV lager choice which promotes sensible drinking without trading flavour.
