Overview

Just outside the main area of Denton in Haughton Green this community local is a real find. Known locally as the “little chap”, this traditional pub is a wonderful place to spend some time sampling a great range of drinks. There is a main bar that services both the lounge and the vault. The vault area has a darts board, pool table, foosball table and dominoes, this area is a pub games area. Previously, the pub was renowned for quizzes twice a week, this is something that can be reintroduced with the new licensee. There is a small but well-equipped kitchen to the rear of the pub, the pub doesn’t currently offer any food, this should be something that the new licensee introduces. To the rear of the pub, there is an extremely large garden area. There are also four outbuildings that have electricity and water servicing them, maybe something that could be used in the future? Robinsons are looking for a licensee who would want to immerse themselves into the community of Haughton Green. The new licensee will want to build up a small food offering. This is a perfect pub for someone looking for their first start in the pub business, or some one who wants to be involved in community spirit of Houghton Green.
