Overview

The Royal Oak is an attractive pub located mid-terrace on the main road of the village of Mellor. The Pub has been the focal point of the village since 1790, and is mainly wet-led but it is also able to provide a good food offer from the small catering kitchen. There is a single bar servery, largely open plan with two distinct areas. There is an open fire in the bar area and the pub benefits from a large beer patio and garden to the rear, overlooking open countryside and a smoking shelter which doubles as a temporary bar. Robinsons are ideally seeking an operator with some experience of the trade and knowledge of the area. Must be willing to get involved and maintain the pub's position at the heart of the community whilst developing other trading opportunities.

The Royal Oak has one bar servery and is largely open plan. There is a large beer patio and garden to the rear which overlooks open countryside. There is also a smoking shelter that doubles as a temporary bar. The lounge bar has an attractive open fire and the interior is in good decorative order.
