There is a small bar, wooden beams, open fires and a canal-side beer garden. The pub also benefits from a function room, a large car park and a catering kitchen.  Robinsons are ideally seeking a new licensee with catering experience who can continue the reputation of this great pub business.

Trading Accommodation

Situated adjacent to the Trent/Mersey canal and a working lock, the Red Bull is a traditional pub with a great reputation for good food and cask ale. Upon entering the main front entrance, there is a small bar area serving the front lounge (20 covers), middle dining room (20 covers) and back dining room (14 covers). There are wooden beams and cosy fires with complementary bric-a-brac. To the 1st floor there is a function room with its own bar and entertainment area that can seat 40 people. It boasts a beer garden (13 benches) and a large car park (60 spaces) with garages to rear. The well-equipped catering kitchen leads from the back dining room which then leads to the rear yard with additional storage areas, the ground floor cellar and workroom.

Please note: Incorporated into the rental for this pub is £3,300 annual payment made by FRL to British Waterways for the use of the beer garden adjacent to the canal.
