Overview

The Prince William Inn is an attractive, stone-built destination family-food pub, located in the rural village of Dalton, nr Wigan and between Upholland, Parbold and Ormskirk. Internally there is a large open lounge for relaxed drinking and dining, games area off to one side and a well-equipped catering kitchen. There is a large car park, children’s play area, beer patio and garden and under covered heated smoking area. Near by are great views and nice country walks, it is also a start and finish point for keen cyclists and walkers alike.

The Prince is located on a very large site and benefits from a good-sized open plan lounge with an open fire for relaxed drinking and dining. There is also a games area which currently boasts two pool tables and gaming machines. The pub also has a large well-equipped catering kitchen. Outside, there is a large car park (70 cars), children’s play area, and beer garden. A bonus to the pub, is the beer patio, with a retractable cover fitted with a TV and an external food hut to cater for extra demand on busier summer days. There is also an undercover, heated smoking area.
