Great Cask Ales
Situated on the Sefton coast, Southport is easy to reach from all over the North West, close to both Liverpool and Manchester. Southport town centre features England’s longest shopping street, the Lord Street. The Mason’s Arms is just off the town centre, tucked away behind the town's main Post Office, and a short distance from Sainsbury’s.
There is a one bedroom flat above the trading area. The bedroom runs off the living room. It also benefits from a kitchen and separate toilet and bathroom.
The Mason`s Arms is potentially Southport’s best kept secret! A fine example of a traditional town centre pub. Located in the centre of Southport the pub is within walking distance of the railway station and the Shopping Centre. The Mason’s Arms is a small pub tucked away behind the town's main Post Office.
The Masons Arms is a small pub with one main room and a small snug to the left as you go in. The surroundings are enhanced by traditional wood panels, glass cabinets, attractive old glass lampshades and golfing memorabilia. It has one large wooden bar with seating that services the main room. An arch design in the woodwork on the front of the bar is echoed in the shelves behind it and the partition that divides the snug from the main bar. A roaring log fire in the snug warms the pub in winter. In the summer you can sit in the roof garden which, as far as I know, is the only pub roof garden in the town.

FMT barrelage: Please note that this assessment is based on the "fair maintainable trade" that can be achieved by a "reasonably efficient operator" and is not therefore a guarantee of volume or consequential sales or profit.
Similarly Historic performance, whilst a significant factor to consider, is not a guarantee of future performance of a pub and you should bear this in mind in your assessment of trading potential.
