The Friendship is a rendered, part timbered, end terrace public house. The central bar area has been significantly remodeled creating more of an open plan feel, whilst still retaining its four trading rooms. There is a car park (30 cars), beer garden, children’s play equipment and bowling green to the rear of the Friendship, with an active bowling club based there. Although near to the village centre, the Friendship has more of a community local 'feel'. The pub was refurbished in February 2015 and the kitchen although not currently being used was also refitted and modernised. Robinsons are seeking a new operator who can integrate into the local community and develop the food offer at this pub.
The main bar area has wood paneling and has a small lounge/dining area, just off the modernised kitchen, leading onto a small snug, both with ornate fires creating a cosy atmosphere. To the front of the pub is the Vault which is a large spacious area that can be used for drinking and/or dining, it has a feature fireplace and doors that can be opened into the separated pool room creating one large room. The pub has a central bar servery with lounge, dining room a snug, and a pool room. There is an outside drinking and separate smoking area. Next to the bowling green there is a very well-equipped children’s play area.

FMT barrelage: Please note that this assessment is based on the "fair maintainable trade" that can be achieved by a "reasonably efficient operator" and is not therefore a guarantee of volume or consequential sales or profit.
Similarly Historic performance, whilst a significant factor to consider, is not a guarantee of future performance of a pub and you should bear this in mind in your assessment of trading potential.
