Overview

The Derby Arms is an attractive, white-washed, destination food-led pub set in semi rural location in the hamlet of Treales, nr Kirkham between Preston & Blackpool.  Set in a large car park this pub oozes character and is very well-furnished throughout.  It boasts a snug bar, lounge and dining areas, outdoor seating & garden areas, children’s play area and 1st floor function/private dining room ideal for business meetings or celebrations.  Robinsons are seeking an experienced licensee with catering skills and, ideally, cask ale and function experience for this prestigious pub.

The main entrance lobby leads to the lounge area.  There is one central bar serving a small snug ideal for relaxing with a drink and the lounge/dining area (80 covers approx.). Outside the main entrance is a sunny patio area. The children’s play area is off the large car park to the side & rear of the pub. There is also a self-contained 1st floor function/meeting room with its own bar and toilet facilities ideal for business meetings, weddings or other celebrations (for up to 100 guests).   The catering kitchen is well-equipped with additional storage in adjacent out-buildings.
