Stag and Sophie bring decades of hospitality experience to Y Bryncynan, from managing pubs and restaurants across the North to running The Cove in Abersoch. Passionate about fresh food, great drinks and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, they’re excited to continue the pub’s reputation for locals and visitors alike. Taking over from 21st April, come in and meet the team - we can’t wait to welcome you!

Visit some of the best beaches in North Wales

In North Wales, we are lucky enough to have a number of stunning beaches that you can take your pick of. From Pwllehi, Nefyn beach, Llanbedrog and Traeth Penllech to name just a few, you are spoilt for choice from where you can swim, surf, relax and more!

Glasfryn Parc

Plan a fun‑filled day out at Glasfryn Parc Activity Centre, with archery, go‑karting, wakeboarding, kayaking, paddleboarding and plenty more to enjoy. After all the action, head back to Y Bryncynan to refuel and relax.

Criccieth Castle

Enjoy a dose of heritage and history with a visit to Criccieth Castle. Perched on a rocky headland between two beaches, it offers fantastic views across the coastline and over Cardigan Bay.

Llanfair Slate Caverns

Zip World

If you are an adrenaline junkie, visit Zip World in Blaenau which is home to Bounce Below (trampolining inside a cavern) and Titan 2; the largest Zip Zone in the world!
