The menu at The Crispin, Great Longstone is changed on a regular basis to reflect seasonal availability. Choices might include homemade pies, sandwiches, omelettes, curries, homemade burgers, steaks (local butcher), roasts, grills, fish pie, dressed crab, lamb shank, jacket potatoes, children’s meals, ploughman’s lunches, seafood salads and other pub favourites such as fish, chips & mushy peas, chilli con carne and more – Not forgetting Sunday lunch in the Peak District of course!

The re-designed beer garden at the Crispin offers a pleasant, sunny corner where customers can enjoy a refreshing drink and a homecooked meal, sandwich or even Sunday lunch – hopefully in the shade of the smart new parasols! Looking for good pub food in the Bakewell and Monsal Trail area – come over to the Crispin! Newly turfed with new garden furniture too – this is a lovely area to spend an hour or two in the delightful village of Great Longstone, Peak District. Ideal for walking groups and car clubs too.
Classic car owners, clubs, tours and meetings
We always welcome classic car clubs, members, tours and meetings. Please contact us on 01629 640 237 if you’re thinking of having a drive out to the village for a meal or just a drink so that we can make sure the cameras are ready to roll. A classic-car tour of the beautiful Peak District followed by a visit to a proper village and country pub.
Function room for private dining, parties & meetings
We have a large room (free to hire) complete with dining tables, projector and large screen which is ideal for family get togethers, parties, meetings, classic car clubs, farmers’ meetings.
