A little more about us

The 'Cheese' is a traditional pub situated in the suburbs of Hyde and is close to Dukinfield and Ashton Under Lyne, with its excellent shopping facilities. The pub is prominently positioned on a busy crossroads and has adequate car parking facilities at the rear. The rear area doubles as a pleasant seating area during good weather and also houses a covered and heated smoking shelter. Our TV screens and projector show a broad range of live sporting events, there is a pool table available for anyone who fancies being a Rocket Ronnie O'Sullivan and we offer an external beer patio for the warmer and brighter days and nights. There is also a speaker in the smoking area so you can hear commentary outside, so nothing can be missed! We have an extensive snack range including Pipers crisps, pork scratchings, Kinder eggs, Reggae Reggae Crisps, sweet bags and we are currently looking at a small snack menu with hot food. We take party bookings for any occasion and can cater to specific needs. We can do the catering, hot or cold buffets, decorations and entertainment if wanted. Well behaved children are welcome.
