The Bells of Peover is a beautiful Grade I listed pub sat just outside Knutsford, surrounded by spacious gardens and patio areas. With seasonal dishes and Robinsons beers, it’s the ideal place to unwind – whether you’re soaking up the sunshine with a pint or getting cosy indoors with a hearty Sunday roast. History lovers will feel right at home too; the pub overlooks the striking, half‑timbered 13th‑century St Oswald’s Church, and the building itself has centuries of stories to tell and most famously, it was used by General Eisenhower and General Patton during the 1940s.
