Top quality training facilities at the Visitors Centre highlight Robinsons dedication to creating a centre of excellence for the hospitality industry.
With 300 pubs, Robinsons has a vested interest in delivering distinctive training – so alongside our tenants and their employees, our doors are open to all Chefs, Managers and Front-of-house staff – experienced or novice.
We work in partnership with the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce and quality assured professional training providers. This enables us to offer Intermediate and Advanced Apprenticeships for the licensed trade, as well as accredited industry-specific short courses covering front-of-house and cellar management.
With a superbly equipped training kitchen, as well as scope for cooking demonstrations, we are able to offer a variety of catering courses from chef apprenticeships to ongoing professional development.
As beer range and quality are set to become increasingly important in determining the success of a pub, our bespoke training cellar has been created to help us deliver this. It includes a bar (open to show the lines), full cellar equipment and presentation space for up to 20 people.
These facilities have been prepared with outside companies in mind, so please consider us for any of your own training requirements. The whole facility is available for hire and we have a selection of packages to meet your business needs. We can even include a Brewery Tour for your staff or delegates!
