Yippee arrives as a light golden ale, with clues of grapefruit and citrus interlaced throughout the liquid. Inspired by Bruce Willis’ often quoted line from Die Hard, Yippee IPA offers a heady mix of Nelson Sauvin and Galena hops with pale ale malt, caramalt and wheat, combined to bring you this maverick American style 4.2% IPA.
Gill Yates, Brands Manager for Robinsons Brewery, said: “For our 2017 seasonal ales, we decided to continue along the movie-themed route, following the success of this during 2016. The pump clip for Yippee really stands out, resembling an American-focused theme with striking colours of red, blue and gold. We really want our drinkers to enjoy their ale, which is why we are always thinking of innovative ways to enhance their experience. We’ve had some great feedback about the beer itself and about the inventive pump clip design. We hope that everybody gets a chance to taste this fun, flavoursome seasonal ale.”
With an intense hop character and a hint of citrus zest, Yippee IPA is a die-hard brew that will keep you coming back for more until the end of September, available in cask, in selected Robinsons’ pubs and in Robinsons Visitors Centre.
