Celebrity chef and restaurateur Simon Rimmer returns to the Visit England accredited Robinsons Brewery Visitors Centre in Stockport on April 11th to serve up an evening dedicated to spring cuisine.
Following on from his previous gourmet evenings, the Sunday Brunch presenter is to host an intimate gourmet evening inspired by the changing of the season.
The three course banquet has been specially crafted by Simon Rimmer to incorporate the freshest spring produce.
Anyone wanting to add a little sparkle to their evening can also add to their meal three award winning wines, specially chosen by Robinsons’ resident wine expert Noel Reid, to accompany each course.
Pumpkin & Yorkshire Fettle Cheese Salad with New Season Peas & Broad-beans, accompanied by a Garlic & Mint Dressing with delicious Toasted Pine Nuts & Hazelnuts.
Fresh Lakeland Spring Lamb Rump Steak with New Potatoes accompanied by Salsa Verde.
