Graeme and Lynn Moyte, two loyal regulars from The Black Horse pub in Preston, have tied the knot in a spectacular display.
The couple married amidst the sound of revving motorcycle engines worth an estimated £2million. The cavalcade, which turned the heads of Preston shoppers, had travelled from all over the country to join the celebration. Many guests chose to forgo the traditional wedding attire by swapping waist coats for leathers.
The ceremony took place at Preston Town Hall, followed by a Bishop blessing the marriage in the historic grade 2 listed Robinsons pub which dates back to 1889.
Graham Rowson and Angela Reid, licensees at the Black Horse provided the happy couple (and the many guests) with a unique venue to celebrate into the early hours.
“The wedding really was spectacular, I can’t imagine we will see anything quite like it again” said Graham. “The guests managed to drink through two pins (72 pints) of Robinsons Old Tom ale (8.5% ABV) so it’s safe to say everyone was in very high spirits.”
“It was a pleasure to be part of Graeme and Lynn’s big day” said Angela. “Everyone at the Black Horse would like to wish the bride and groom a lifetime of happiness and health together.”
