Temporary cease in delivery
We temporarily cannot deliver to the following countries however we hope to be able to deliver to them once again very soon.

- Republic of Ireland
- Scilly Isles
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
Please note, due to strict regulations we are no longer able to deliver to:
- Hong Kong
- New Zealand
- South Africa
All beer orders are sent via ParcelForce Courier.
Due to the weight and delicate nature of delivering beer in glass bottles delivery charges go in weight categories, so it does work out more cost effective to order more than one case.
One 15kg package (allows for the equivalent weight of 2 x cases (8 x 500ml bottles) of beer. For better value double up with a friend or just treat yourself to 2 cases instead of 1 for the same delivery cost.
All other orders
Are sent by Royal Mail – standard delivery charges are calculated by weight. Below shows the maximum Royal Mail charges by country for up to 2kg.
What to expect when you place an order
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Robinsons Brewery and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email is only for ParcelForce deliveries, not deliveries sent via Royal Mail.

VAT & customs/import charges for online orders
As these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we have the ability to waiver.
Orders (including gifts) may be subject to unexpected local taxes / customs charges. Customers are responsible for these costs and should ensure they are happy to pay them prior to ordering. If you later decide to reject the goods, when a customs charge is applicable, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and any other costs incurred prior to processing any refund.
