A refreshing pale amber lager style summer ale, with aromas of sweet malt and fine hop. Crusoe is brewed using Perle, Hersbruker and Saaz hops, a blend of pale barley and wheat malts. This is a crisp, clean tasting beer with a fully bitter, citrus palate and a lingering green hop finish.
